Governing Law

At our store, every order you place and every separate agreement under which we supply you with products or services rests on a single body of law: these Terms and Conditions are read and enforced under the laws of Malaysia, and the conflict of law provisions of that jurisdiction do not come into the reckoning. Browsing this website, or using anything offered on it, means you agree to each of the points below.

1. Where a disagreement would be heard

If something ever went wrong between us seriously enough to reach a courtroom, it is the Malaysian courts that would hear it, and their exclusive jurisdiction covers each of the following:

  • Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to your use of this website.

  • Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to a transaction made on the website.

  • Any dispute, controversy or claim concerning the breach, the termination or the invalidity of these Terms.

2. Objections to where a case is heard

Agreeing on one forum only helps if it is not argued over later, so there is one thing you give up in agreeing to these Terms:

  • You waive any objection to the venue of legal proceedings on the grounds of an inconvenient forum, and any objection raised on a similar basis.

3. Shopping with us from outside Malaysia

Our website is built with a Malaysian audience in mind, and we would rather be upfront about what that means for anyone visiting from further afield:

  • We make no representation that the materials, the products or the services offered here are appropriate for use, or available at all, in other locations.

  • If you are accessing this site from outside Malaysia, you take responsibility for your compliance with the applicable local laws where you are.
