1. Where we deliver
We ship the length and breadth of the country, so wherever you are ordering from, your address will sit in one of these two regions:
Anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia, which takes in all states on the peninsula.
Anywhere in East Malaysia, meaning Sabah & Sarawak.
2. How quickly we get your order ready
Before a parcel goes anywhere near a courier it passes through our packing team, and that stage runs to a clock you can rely on:
We process every order within 1–3 business days, and since those are working days, weekends and public holidays are not counted within them.
The moment your order has been processed and sent on its way, a confirmation email lands with you carrying the tracking information that belongs to your parcel.
3. How long delivery usually takes
Once your parcel is travelling, the time it needs comes down to how far it has to go, and we would rather be straightforward with you about the limits of that:
We do not offer overnight or next-day delivery at this time, so please plan around the windows we can actually keep to.

4. What can stretch those windows
Those delivery times are honest estimates rather than promises, because once a parcel is in transit it is passing through hands that are not ours, and any of the following can add a little time to the journey:
The day-to-day operations of the courier handling your parcel.
Seasonal holidays, when the whole delivery network is carrying far more than usual.
Extreme weather conditions along the route your parcel has to take.
5. What shipping costs you
Shipping is on us, and we have kept the one qualification to that as narrow and as visible as we can make it:
You enjoy Free Shipping, because we waive the standard shipping fee as part of the value we think an order ought to come with.
Standard shipping is free, but where an order is a bulk or specialised promotional one, a fee may still be worked out for you at checkout from the total weight and the destination, if that applies.
6. How to follow your parcel
You should never have to wonder where an order has got to, because the moment it is out of our hands we make sure the details reach yours:
As soon as your order has been handed to our courier partners, we send you either an email or an SMS.
That message carries a tracking number and a direct link with it, so you can watch your package move in real time.
